Reloader pump instructions

              

 

 

 

 

Dear valued customer,

We extend our gratitude for your purchase of the Wax Racing reloader pump system. For proper installation of the reloader system, kindly follow the steps outlined below and have a look at the pictures at the end of the document

 

Remove the jet pump from your ski.

Take off the reduction nozzle and standard pump cone from the jet pump.

Extract the impeller from your jet unit.

To install the reloader system:

Attach the rear half of the reloader system (Part A) over the pump vanes, ensuring alignment and sealing with silicone to the OEM center bearing section of the jet unit.

Secure the front section of the reloader nozzle (Part B) to the rear section using M4 x 50mm bolts, ensuring alignment and bolt security with Loctite.

Slide the O-ring onto part C with grease and insert it into the back of the OEM jet unit, aligning the screw holes with part A and the jet unit.

Tighten 3 of the 4 provided M6 x 16 Allen head bolts and secure with Loctite to prevent loosening.

Upon completion of the installation steps:

Your pump reloader system is now successfully installed.

Utilize the three different exit cones provided with the reloader to adjust your pump load for optimal performance.

Reinstall the impeller and jet unit in the reverse order of removal.
