Introducing the new Wax Racing products fuel system. When we re-designed the system I wanted to make it for every one. This was not an easy tax but I believe we got it. With this system yon have the billet fuel system on your tank with hose coming in a horizontal plan looking very Sano. By unscrewing the lid on top of the fuel system you can also quickly and safely refuel your ski from the inside. If you decide you want to have the front fuel cap on your ski, no problem you can simply just leaved it hooked up and now you have two fill points.

Due to our unique locking system you can put the hoses in any direction and simply tighten down the screw nut to aim the hoses in any direction you like.

The Wax racing unit comes with a vi-ton o-ring so you know fuel is not going to effect it over time.

The wax racing unit uses a std fuel cap on the top and it allows you to simply screw a fuel cap on there. We will be making a cap in the future but time is the enemy.

When first fitting the system we suggest you use a product like crc or some other spray lubricant on the threads of the fuel tank. Its hard to make a machined thread that fits the cast tank. While our thread is perfect not all the tank threads are. After that your using our perfectly machined thread on the top.

For you x2 lovers we didn't leave you out and yes is the answer. These will fit on an x2 tank as well.

The unit ships with two machined alloy clunks to make sure your lines are always in the fuel.

Please be aware that if you use ethanol based or ethanol added fuel then you may have an issue with fuel lines swelling. Please ensure that you have the correct fuel line on your ski. We run the std fuel line on our skis and it works awesome. Our experience with the cheaper fuel lines is they can not handle the ethanol fuel and swell.
